Gold White Chronograph

White is the most unforgiving dial a chronograph can wear. Three counters, a date and a running seconds hand — and nowhere to hide any of them.

Three counters. One clean surface.

Fine horizontal striping runs across the white dial, and the three chronograph counters sit recessed into it, so the striping is never broken. Against white, every element has to earn its place: applied gold baton hour markers, black-ringed counters, a date aperture. Nothing is there that is not read.

The cushion case.

Forty-two millimetres, softened at the corners, with a rounded bezel set into a cushion-shaped case in gold-finish steel. The bracelet flows straight from it with no lugs, and the two pushers stand off the crown as the only interruption to the profile. Ten millimetres thick — for a chronograph, that is the whole argument.
